GOD WRITES A LOT OF COMEDY>>>>>>

Every morning my heart strikes between few thoughts. I get up do my usual morning stuff and sit for a while thinking how to spend the day. I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day. I find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.

Then out of confusion I close my eyes and think what could have been done and I get only one answer for this question of mine,
“I think I've discovered the secret of life - you just hang around until you get used to it.”

And this thought makes my unused brain to think and I keep on thinking and I get no answers. Few days back I got the answer for my question and my brain was satisfied.

I had gone to my uncle’s place and was watching Mr. Bean, a comedy show on television. Watching that show my 12 yrs old cousin added with laugh, “bhaiya, If God was a comedy writer, how nice the world would have been na?”………

The question asked by the little kid had such an impact on my thinking that I started wondering how would life has been if God had written it in a comedy way.
Then I came across a thought running here and there in my brain and my heart said “God writes a lot of comedy... the trouble is, he's stuck with so many bad actors who don't know how to play funny.” Here was the best thought I had ever thought about. So I decided not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, and concentrate the mind on the present moment.

I have a simple philosophy of life now: Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.

:GLASS HALF FULL THAN HALF EMPTY:

In this conservative world, I have often come around many people, who always curse their life and luck. Such people are referred as PESIMIST by others.

I don’t refer such people as PESIMIST but will refer them as LOOSERS. Actually such people who curse their luck are curse for the on going development in the society. Such people always see the Glass as half empty in every situation. Such people are cynic and are the real looser. Instead of getting something from the life, they curse life and loose everything.

I love what Mr. Rooselvet Franklin quoted “I DON’T SEE A GLASS HALF EMPTY IN A GIVEN SITUATION RATHER I SEE THE GLASS HALF FULL”. Here it goes, one of the best life lesson in a single sentence.

MEETING WITH A.G.KRISHNAMURTHY, THE FOUNDER OF MUDRA…

It was an exquisite evening of 15th july’2009, when I visited Aurora Business School, a part of Aurora’s Institution along with my principal, my mentor, my guru Dr. Ravi Paturi. It was a very astonishing experience as it was to my surprise that the infrastructure of the Business School was graded to the level of A+ within 2 months of Dr. Paturi taking initiative as the director of the School. The entrance was no less than the entrance of any other best B-schools in the country. The lobby was equally commendable. Still the work was in progress, we can see the labors working day and night to make the building look more eyes catching. Dr. Paturi showed us the whole School and introduced us to some faculty members.

Then, as there was the meeting of directors, we had to wait outside sir’s cabin for an hour. As I along with few members of Student council was sitting outside the gate and having a discussion upon the critical thinking phenomenon, suddenly from no where to the picture enters our principal sirs car and to our surprise an old but fit man with a simple white shirt and a formal pant steps down the car. We were amazed to see the person with that much glow on the face and such a great simplicity. The man walked with attention grabbing steps and everyone along with our principal sir welcomed him. The question clicking my half empty brain was “who is that man?” Then, after few seconds of questioning I finally came to know that, the man was none other than Mr. A.G.Krishnamurty, the founder of Mudra and the man behind the advertisements of Reliance. I was so much happy to know that because one among my dream institutes to get in was Mudra Institute of Communication and Arts.

I was wishing to meet him and on the other side sitting outside sir’s cabin I was wondering whether I will be allowed to meet him or not. But finally our principal sir called us in and the best thing which can ever happened in my life happened. I was sitting in front of the man who started a company with 35lakhs and developed it to the turnover of around 1 billion. The advertising genius and a very successful entrepreneur were in front of me.

After few minutes Dr. Paturi asked us to introduce ourselves. And the countdowns of introductions begin. The first person to get introduced was me….

Then it was the time to get some wisdom from the person who has experienced so many things and has used those experiences to create a company like Mudra. Mr. A.G.Krishnamurthy started motivating and directing us to achieve our goals. He said that “Do what you love to do”.
Then he shared his views on dreaming and aiming.
He said that “If you want to achieve your dream, you must first wake up”. Those words worked like a thunder in our heart and brain and we started visualizing the power of hardworking and enjoying being busy for what we love to do. Let me make it clear for the reader that here in this context, being busy has some other meaning, for making it more clear I would like to quote “It is not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The main point is what you busy at are?”

It was a great experience having met such an extraordinary and a man who is a living legend. Sir A.G.K is truly a living example of determination, goal and success. It was one of the best moments of my life. I am really thankful to my principal sir, Dr. Ravi Paturi for providing me a chance to meet such a delegate and an institution in himself.

GOD IS LOVING, NOT FEARING
I some times get very much baffled about What, Who and Where is God. I keep on asking every fourth person I meet about these questions. The answers I get are very much simple and common, as if everyone has learnt it from a book and by hearted it. The answers are “God is Divine and Supreme power” and “And God resides in Heaven”. Everyone I met has been able to say WHAT and WHERE is God but No one has been able to say WHO is God.

This question always revolves over the CHAKRAS in my mind. I always think WHO is God. Everyone fears God. They say “don’t do this thing and don’t do that thing, its wrong, God will get angry and punish us”, this is a wrong perception. The people who think like this fear God and they think God Is fearing. God is not at all fearing, actually he is loving. Don’t fear God and say he will punish you if you do this or that instead say that God will stop loving you if u do something like that. Everyone are equal to God but instead we distinguish God as per our religion. God is everywhere whether it is a temple or a mosque or a church or a small lane.

As I said each and everyone are equal to God then why we human distinguish ourselves and lay down judgements as per caste, creed, colour and religion. I would like to pen down a quote here which goes like this, “WE ARE NO ONE TO JUDGE ANYONE, INSTED THE SUPREME GOD JUDGES A PERSON AFTER HE IS DEAD”.
So I request all the readers going through my writing, From tomorrow take some time, close your eyes and start thanking the Supreme Creator {GOD} for giving us such a beautiful life. Remember He doesn’t create any difficulties on your way, he always tries to make you the best. Follow this “ITS NOT THAT THE THINGS ARE DIFFICULT THAT WE DON’T DARE BUT ITS THAT WE DON’T DARE THAT THEY SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT

My Exquisite Summer!!!!!!

Its been a very long time that I have posted any new postings into ma blog..... Actually was lil busy with my Dance sessions as i have already informed about in the last posting....... This summer was a pleasent and wonderful experience for me... Had learnt many things from my students while taking a dance workshop for them....

we actually had a Students Dance Presentation called "SPIRIT OF SUMMER" shortly called SOS , which we conduct every summer.... This "SOS" is actually a dance workshop wherein we teach students different kind of dance styles and provide them an opportunity to perform on stage in front of live audience of about 1000 to 1200..

I was so damn busy during this workshop of 16 classes that i wasnt having time to have ma daily meals... But then had a great time.. Came to know the difference between WORDS and ACTIONS...The Workshop as i mentioned was follow by a show on 23rd may...
I had the best of the students in my branch and was handelling the main branches like Abids and Narayanguda.... The best thing i learnt during this workshop was "THE WORDS YOU SAY DETERMINES THE WAY YOU FEEL"........ My communication skills and the level of ma humour increased as i had to speak alot in the class....

The show was amazing...... My students performed very well.... I enjoyed this journey of mine to an optimum level.... Finally will conclude this posting by adding "The beauty of the journey doesnt lie in the destiny , instead it lies in the way which arrives you to the destiny"

Dreamer To Big Time Dreamer!

Today I was alone at home and was getting bored. I Stressed upon my fully loaded brain and started thinking about the things which kept me away from my goal. In my life I have always dreamt of doing something big like L.N Mittal, Amitabh Bachan, APJ Abdul kalam and many more. But I hesitated to tell it to any one in my surrounding. I guess that was the obstacle to my goal. I remembered a quote “Unless you say what your goal is , It always remains away, So push the envelope and say about it to everyone you come in contact”. I never said my pals that I want to be a superstar or a business Tycoon or a Youth Icon. I feared they would laugh at me.

This thoughts screwd my brain like anything. Fortunately at right time on right place , a quote clicked my brain which I have read some where.

The quote goes like this, “If people don’t laugh at you and your ideas at least once a week, you are not pushing the envelope.”

There it goes, the most motivational quote I have ever read. I started thinking about the people I have met till date. I felt like I’m tired of seeing boring people including my friends and me, afraid to take the road less travelled. Most of the things that fill us with fear never happen, so why let them keep you small?

Great people run towards their resistance and play out on the edges of their lives. And great companies and institutions spend far less time benchmarking others than creating new ways of delivering outrageous value to their customers. Why? because the world doen’t need a better clone. We don’t need more copycats. The world needs more human beings and enterprises that make us say ‘WOW’. The world needs more visionaries, dreamers and outright revolutionaries.

I love what Dhirubhai Ambani, said: “Success means never letting the competition define you. Instead , you have to define yourself based on a point of view you care deeply about.” Beautiful.

All innovators are initially laughed at. Just the way it is. They laughed at COLUMBUS when he said the earth was round. They laughed at the WRIGHT BROTHERS, who vowed a human being could fly. They laughed at the founder of EVIAN, who believed people would pay money for water. WHo’s laughing now? I guess the universe does favour the brave. People pay for originality. Let them laugh. Let them call u crazy. Say true to your vision. Dream bigger. Don’t be ordinary..

YESTerday night was a very different experience for me. One of my dearest friend has invited me to a Fashion show called 'Calantha' held by his college called HAMSTECH. Firstly I was not willing to go but ultimately had to go because of my friend. I got dressed up in a white shirt covered with a white Blazer and a skinny jeans. That was for the first time in my life I was dressing so heavily. The white blazer gave me a brassy look. As I and friends entered the gate of Marriot hotel, we were astonished and surprised to see people wearing unusual clothes and preserving show off. We went and took our seats in the first row so that we can have a clean look at the ramp.
The show begin with three beautiful women overwhelming the ramp (miss India {earth},{ universe}, {world}). They looked amazingly exquisite. The host for the evening were Nial and Manasi Scott. The show was all about the designs of the best students of Hamstech.

PERSONAL CHANGE

Today is one of the boring day of my life as i had nothing to do and had not even met a single friend. This day I was Just exploring my house and was browsing all along day on net. Suddenly there was a kindling of a smile on my boredom. Today I had a pleasure to speak(chat) wid one of my friend who all inspired me to develop ma writing and presentation skills. I asked my friend to go through my blog and suggest me some tips to improve it. She was overwhelmed reading my postings. She was astonished and she praised me for it. That was the first time i realised that the comments passed by my friends happend to be a wish for me to improve in this area.

I started thinking about my journey from an ordinary english using boy to an extraordinary and improved guy. I started revinding the things that happened throughout this journey of mine. I remembered about a story i have read somewhere, the story goes like this:

The author of the story who is a lawyer meets his friend after a long time. The friend arrives at the house of the author for some discussion over a cup of tea. Spotting the cup of tea on the table, the friend started to pour into the authors waiting cup. He poured untill the cup was full--but then he kept on pouring! Tea started to trickle down the sides of the cup and into the saucer. At first the author watched silently. Then he couldn't take it any more.
"My friend wat are you ding?,My cup is overflowing. No matter how hard you try, no more will go in!" The author yelled impatiently.
The man looked at the author for a long time. "Please don't take it wrong way. I really respect you." the friend remarked. He added "Just like this cup, you seem to be full of your own ideas. And how can any more go in ..........Until you first empty your cup".

After reading this story I was Really Struck by the truth of the words told by the author's friend. He was right. My many years in the conservative world, doing the same thing every day with the same people who thought the same thoughts every day had filled my cup to the brim. I couldnt remember the last time i had read the book which did not belong to my academic syllabus. I began to realize that the sterile world I had grown accustomed to had dulled my creativity and limited my vision.

These thoughts provoked and acted like oil to my inner burning creativity.. I remembered my friends who have encouraged, criticized and commented upon my verbal ability. I made up my mind to read as many books as i can and to develope my self as much as I can.. That lead to the personal change people around me notice in me.

Lastly the most inspiring quote which inspired me alot was "question asked me was when do u read , I replied when dont i read" as quoted by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN.
As i conclude, i would like to thank Vishnukanth Heda, my school friend for showing me the way to write blogs and inspiring me.

KRISH PERSPECTIVE

The character Krish is my hero. Recently I had been to my aunts house. After a long time i have met my cousins who have come to hyderabad a couple of days before. We all were having some snacks at the do, when ma youngest cousin questioned me. " Bhaiya, is Krish a real person?" It made us all laugh. We had alot fun at the place. When I returned home, the question asked by ma cousin made me think. If Krish were a human being, this world would be a better place.Seriously. Here are four lessons Krish's character can teach us to get more joy from life.

BE THE ETERNAL OPTIMIST: The guy(Krish) always sees the best in any situation. Your thinking is really does shape your reality. Because Krish looks for the best he finds it.

VALUE PEOPLE: MY self instrospection has made me think that, in my life I've valued very few people whom i can count on my one hand. And thats the biggest blunder i had made for my self. I should have valued everyone however and whomever they are. I thought for a while that Krish knows whats friendship is all about. He loves everyone around him. He value a circus joker and helps him. Krish knows that, respect and putting people first are two most important elements for strong relationship.

BE A ORIGINAL: kRISH is one of a kind. Too many of us are afraid to be overselves. So we give up our dreams to follow the crowd. Tragic. " TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE." wrote SHAKESPEARE. Have the courage to be your true and gretest you.,
WARREN BUFFET (the worlds richest person) quoted, "THERE CAN'T BE TWO YOUS."

LAUGH AND HAVE FUN:There's no point in being succesful but sad. Makes no sense. Yes, reach for the mountaintop but enjoy the climb as well. Life wasn't meant to be ordeal (sorrowful). It was meant to be a celebration. So have big time fun as you chase and catch your most cherished dreams.

These were the four new things I learnt from the question asked...........

The Two Magical Words "THANK YOU"

I sometimes get a little bothered by ingratitude. I try to treat people well but many times unintentionally hurt them. But i also do pray that they win.Sometimes after helping any of ma friend, relative, teachers etc, I'd just love to hear two magic words: "THANK YOU."

Yes, i know that if you do something good for someone with the expectation of a reward it's not a gift _ it's a trade. And i also know that good things happen to people who do good things. And i know that life has a very fair accounting system and as one sows, one grows. But I'd like to still hear those two magical words often.

Recently i had breakfast with ma cousin who is working as a head group manager in some company { cannot reveal his name}. He's helped so many people in his organisation to realize their highest potential as leaders and as humans. He looked at me and said: "Rohit, after all these years in business, i can count on one hand the number of people who have told me that they appreciate what i've done for them."

I believe I'm offring you a very real point. According to a reasearch, the number one reason employees leave their organisationis not because they were not being paid enough, they leave because they were not given enough appreciation.

Mr.Arun Sarin, the former CEO of Vodafone observed: "the first responsibility of a leader is to define reality . the last is to say Thank You."

So today, take a moment and think about the people in your life who need to be cherished, appreciated and told that their suuport has been helpful, offer a heartful and enthusiastic "THANK YOU."

Get Great At Life

i'm 20 yrs old. So i'm at quatre time filled.assuming I live untill I'm 80 (and thats a big assumption because I've learned that the only thing you can expect in life is the unexpected). I've become more philosophical these days. I'm less willing to waste time. Less willing to listen to negative people. Less willing to miss an opportunity to be loving. I've also started reading obituaries.

When i read of the lives others have lived. I'm offered clues on what's most important in life. Obituaries of life well lived actually shares consistent themes, i have discovered. Family,Friendship,Contribution to community, the need to take calculated risks etc.I've yet to read an obituary that says, "he died peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his lawyer, his stockbroker and his accountant." To lead a beautiful life, i suggest that you need to ask the kinds of question that will provoke you to think deeply and connect with what matters more. I myself believe in a quote ,quoted by sir.Dale carnegie which says "Good questions lead to excellent answers and greater clarity. And Greater clarity is the DNA of authentic success and personal greatness.

Here are the five big questions that i hope will cause you to go deep and become more philosophical about what truly countsin your life. Most people dont dicover how to live until it's time to die.But by then it's too late. Ask yourself these five questions today. Imagine that today is the last day of your life and u are lying on your deathbed. Then ask yourself :

1)Did I dream richly?

2)Did I live fully?

3)Did I learn to let go?

4)Did I love well?

5)Did I earned some tears?

My hope is that the answers you arrive at will help you to live with more authenticity... Lastly would like to quote "You cant hit the target you cant even see", like wise you cant solve the problem which u never come across...

My First Vote....

16th april 2009.....{my first vote}
Yesterday Nite I was in a big scriple.... the next morning was going to be the day on which i was gonna vote. There were many thoughts provoking in my fully loaded brain. I was in a big confusion, for whom to exercise my valuable vote. I started thinking about Indian Voting System and was comparing it with the voting system in France and United States of America.. I was thinking that "Why do people call Indian Democracy as the biggest democracy" . The voting system in India is far much worst than in any backward nation.. We people Vote for Concellors, Member of Legislative Assembly , Member of Parliament and these people in turn select and elect our Prime Minister and to an extent our President. Most of the candits standing for M.l.a's post and M.P's post are not graduated and in most of the cases they are not even educated and most of them maintains a wide criminal records. Why dont India opt for a better and effective voting and political system was the questine asked by my so called brain. Why cant We have a voting system as of America which is direct in attitude and nature. Why cant we have a compulsary education or a course to be completed to get into politics. Todays Politics is no more a Gentle and kind mans profeesion, instead it has become a rowdies and homicides collection.. Next day i had to vote as it was not only my right but also my duty. iI did vote, but sorry cant reveal you any thing about the party whom I voted. I actuall want to see better leaders to lead Indian and To lead an Indian........Jai Hind.
